Anti-Spam Policy

Last updated: July 23, 2026

1. Our Commitment

Flydove is a service operated by Bridgeleaf Inc. ("Bridgeleaf," "we," "our," or "us"). We are committed to responsible email practices and to protecting the reputation of our website and brand domain, flydove.co. This policy explains how flydove.co may and may not be used in connection with email, and applies to us, our employees, affiliates, partners, resellers, and customers.

2. Prohibited: Advertising flydove.co via Unsolicited Email

We do not send, and we do not authorize any person or party to send, unsolicited bulk or commercial email ("spam") that advertises, references, or links to flydove.co or any Flydove web property. This prohibition applies equally to us, our employees, our affiliates and partners, our resellers, and our customers.

flydove.co is our marketing website and corporate email domain. It is not a bulk-mail sending domain, and it must not appear in the body of any unsolicited message.

3. Permitted Email

Email that we send is limited to:

  • Transactional messages to registered users about their account and service (e.g., sign-in, notifications, billing).
  • Messages to recipients who have opted in or otherwise have an existing relationship with us, each of which includes a clear and working opt-out.

Every message we send identifies the sender, includes a way to opt out, and honors opt-out requests promptly.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Flydove provides creator-outreach tooling. Customers who use Flydove to send email are solely responsible for the messages they send and must:

  • Comply with all applicable anti-spam laws, including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and CASL.
  • Send only to recipients they are permitted to contact, and honor opt-outs.
  • Use their own verified sending domains and links.
  • Never place flydove.co links in unsolicited email.

5. Sending Domains and Authentication

Outbound email is sent from dedicated sending domains that are separate from flydove.co, and is authenticated with SPF, DKIM, and DMARC. Keeping sending activity off the flydove.co brand domain is a deliberate part of this policy.

6. Reporting Abuse

If you believe flydove.co has been referenced in an unsolicited message, or you want to report a suspected violation of this policy, please contact us at robin@bridgeleaf.co with the full message headers and body. We investigate all reports and act on verified reports promptly.

7. Enforcement

Violations of this policy result in corrective action, up to and including suspension or termination of the responsible account. We reserve the right to remove offending content and to cooperate with anti-abuse organizations and authorities.
