Campaign and Outreach Data
We process the data needed to run your campaigns, including the dedicated sending domains and mailboxes provisioned on your behalf, the messages and sequences you send, and the replies, bounces, and statuses they generate.
Creator Information
To provide matching and outreach, we collect publicly available professional information about creators, such as public profile details, engagement metrics, and publicly listed collaboration email addresses, from public sources and third-party data providers.
Payment Information
Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your credit card details directly. Stripe may collect payment information in accordance with their own privacy policy.
Usage Data
We automatically collect information about how you interact with our Service, including pages visited, features used, browser type, IP address, and device information.

We use collected information to:
- Match relevant creators to your brand and score their fit
- Provision and operate dedicated sending mailboxes on your behalf
- Run outreach sequences and collect replies in a unified inbox
- Capture creators' published content and send you alerts

- Detect, prevent, and address technical issues or fraud
4. Data Sharing
We may share your information with:
- Service Providers: Third-party vendors who assist in operating our Service, including Stripe (payments), Supabase (database and authentication), email sending infrastructure and delivery providers, Resend (product notification emails), creator-data providers for influencer discovery, Anthropic (AI matching and message drafting), and Vercel (hosting).
- Legal Requirements: When required by law, regulation, or legal process.
- Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
5. AI Features
Our Service uses AI (powered by Anthropic's Claude) to match creators to your brand and to help draft personalized outreach. The business and creator information needed for these features is sent to our AI provider for that purpose only. We do not use your data to train AI models, and you retain ownership of the lists and content you create.
6. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Credentials and tokens for connected mailboxes are encrypted at rest. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our Service. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.

- Publicly listed collaboration email addresses
- Publicly published posts and stories captured for campaigns they are part of
We only access publicly available creator information and content. We do not collect private messages, private accounts, or content that is not publicly available.
Connected mailboxes
- When you add sending mailboxes, dedicated domains and mailboxes are provisioned on your behalf through our infrastructure providers
- The credentials and tokens needed to send messages and read replies are encrypted at rest and used only to operate your campaigns
Creator rights and deletion
If you are a creator and would like to access or delete the information we hold about you, email robin@bridgeleaf.co. We will action verified requests within 30 days.
