Terms of Service

By accessing or using Flydove ("the Service"), operated by Bridgeleaf Inc., a Delaware corporation with its registered office at 1111B S Governors Ave STE 53507, Dover, DE 19904, United States ("Bridgeleaf," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

Flydove is an influencer seeding automation platform for brands and agencies. The Service helps you discover and match relevant creators, find publicly available collaboration contact details, run cold-email outreach from dedicated sending mailboxes provisioned on your behalf, and automatically capture the content creators publish. Features include AI-assisted creator matching and fit scoring, contact discovery, email sequencing with a unified inbox, automated content capture and alerts, and reporting.

To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly update any changes to your information
• Accept responsibility for all activity under your account

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Service. If you register on behalf of a company, you represent that you are authorized to bind that company to these Terms.

Billing

Paid plans require a subscription billed on a recurring basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Credits

Paid plans include a monthly allowance of credits, which are consumed to reveal matched creators and their contact details. You may purchase additional credits as one-time packs. Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and are non-refundable. Unless otherwise stated, unused credits do not roll over between billing periods.

Plan Changes

You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

Price Changes

We reserve the right to adjust pricing. You will be notified at least 30 days before any price increase takes effect.

The Service uses AI to match creators to your brand and to help draft personalized outreach. These features are provided "as is." Matches, fit scores, contact details, and drafted messages may be inaccurate or incomplete, and we do not guarantee any particular deliverability, reply rate, or campaign outcome. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all recipients and messages before they are sent. You retain ownership of the campaign data, lists, and content you create with the Service.

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Use the Service for phishing, fraud, or deceptive purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
• Interfere with the operation of the Service or other users' access

Because the Service sends email on your behalf, you also agree to:

• Comply with all applicable anti-spam and data protection laws, including the CAN-SPAM Act and, where relevant, GDPR and ePrivacy rules
• Send only legitimate business outreach, include accurate sender information, and honor opt-out and unsubscribe requests promptly
• Not upload or send to purchased, rented, or unlawfully obtained contact lists
• Use only the dedicated sending domains and mailboxes provided through the Service, never your primary corporate domain
• Respect the terms of the third-party platforms (such as Instagram and TikTok) whose public data the Service relies on

You are solely responsible for the content of your outreach and for your compliance with these obligations.

The Service, including its design, features, code, and branding, is the intellectual property of Bridgeleaf Inc and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service itself.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bridgeleaf Inc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant any particular email deliverability, reply rates, match accuracy, or campaign results.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, including for violation of the outreach obligations above. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may also delete your account at any time.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
